I wish this was the one question we asked a lot sooner.  We were way back in the stone ages when it came to web development and naming pages.  Now we are getting a lot better at it.  We found a template we think will be easy to maintain and FINALLY got away from framed pages.  Here is a tip - You do not want to build your site using frames!  It might look nice and react nice but it stinks when it comes to hit counts and editing - just our opinion here.
